DELMAR, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A little over two years since it was first announced, Uncommon Grounds has officially opened in Delmar. The coffee shop is located in the former Bruegger’s Bagels space in Delaware Plaza.

“We can’t wait to welcome you to the neighborhood and serve up the good stuff: freshly roasted coffee, hot bagels, delicious desserts, and our legendary bagel sandwiches,” wrote Uncommon Grounds in a Facebook post.
This is Uncommon Grounds’ 9th location in the Capital Region. The chain’s other locations are in Stuyvesant Plaza, University Plaza in Albany, the Albany International Airport, the Empire State Plaza, Clifton Park, Saratoga Springs, North Greenbush, and Queensbury.

The Delmar location will be open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Uncommon Grounds said these hours will be extended soon.
