Albany mayor favors curfew as officials look to address youth violence

Mayor Dorcey Applyrs told Spectrum News 1 that she is considering legislation that would implement a curfew for youth in the city. It comes after she returned to Albany from a conference in Baltimore to discuss ways of reducing youth violence.
