DNA testing helped them identify a man whose headless and handless body was found 55 years ago on a rural road in Alleghany County, State Police said.
Clyde A. Coppage, 35, was living in Genesee, Pa., when he vanished. The troopers say he was never reported missing.
Investigators hope the public can help them learn more about Coppage’s life and history.
