SCHROON, NY — New York State Police arrested a man on stolen property charges March 11, 2026.
Colin F. Brown, 32, of Albany, was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree (motor vehicle) and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree (value greater than $3,000).
