SCHROON, N.Y. (WNYT) – An Albany man is in custody after allegedly driving a stolen car in Essex County.
On March 11, New York State Police were patrolling I-87 in Schroon when troopers observed a 2024 black Chevrolet Trax that had been reported stolen.
