A New York man rushed security guards at a bar with a knife before fleeing the scene on foot, police said Monday, March 16.
James Edwards, a 31-year-old Albany man, was arrested for the incident at Washington Tavern around 12:25 a.m. Sunday, March 15, the Albany Police Department said.
