COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Bitchin’ Donuts celebrated the grand opening of a second location in Colonie on Tuesday. The beloved plant-based donut shop’s new space is located at 2008 Central Avenue.

Owner Tania Sharlow first announced plans for the opening in November 2025, following a devastating fire at the business’s original location on Lark Street. In a social media post on March 10, Sharlow said the grand opening of the Colonie space is dedicated to all those that supported Bitchin’ Donuts in the aftermath of the blaze.
