Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello has formally vetoed the good cause eviction legislation passed earlier this month by the City Council.
In her veto message, Mantello says enacting good cause eviction would lead to “unintended consequences that ultimately make it more difficult to maintain and grow our housing supply.”
