The Albany Common Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Common Council Chambers at City Hall, 24 Eagle St., Albany, NY 12207. The hearing is about Ordinance 4.31.26, which would change part of 164 Delaware Avenue and PT. 164 Delaware Avenue from Land Conservation (LC) to Mixed-Use Neighborhood Edge (MU-NE) zoning.
