ALBANY — Jaymie McKeon’s life changed forever when her fiancé was killed in a drive-by shooting.
McKeon’s fiancé, Tyrone Staley, was shot and killed on May 13, 2023, when four members of an uptown gang drove to Village Barber & Beauty on Second Avenue in Albany and unleashed a hail of bullets on the storefront. A 19-year-old man and a 9-year-old boy were wounded by the gunfire.
McKeon said she often thinks of the wedding she “never got to experience.”…
