SARATOGA COUNTY, NY — A Frankfort woman was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging her with hindering prosecution in the second degree, a class E felony.
Lanessa R. Stewart, 36, of Frankfort, is accused of rendering criminal assistance to Joseph E. Hess IV, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
