SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Three Vines Bistro & Bar, located in Congress Plaza at 32 Congress Street in Saratoga Springs, has closed its doors. According to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page, Three Vines’ last day was on March 28.

“This was not an easy decision. In fact, it’s one of the hardest we’ve had to make,” said the owners in the Facebook post. “But sometimes life calls you in a new direction, and it’s time for us to move on to the next chapter.”
Three Vines first opened in October 2014. The restaurant served Italian dishes, including penne alla vodka, bolognese, tortellini alfredo, carbonara, wood-fired pizza, and their specialty “meetballs.”

“We are beyond grateful for every single person who walked through the doors of Three Vines, supported us, believed in us, and became part of our extended family,” said the owners.
