More than three decades after 31-year-old Terri Roark was found dead in Halfmoon, investigators have ruled her death a homicide.
Roark was discovered on this day in 1988 in the north lanes of the Twin Bridges in Halfmoon. Later that same day, a bag containing items belonging to Roark was found 11 miles north of where she was discovered.
Roark, who was from Mount Pleasant, Texas, was last seen leaving a mental health facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on March 21, 1988…
