A building on New York state’s W. Averell Harriman State Office Building Campus in Albany was evacuated Monday morning after an emailed bomb threat, according to New York State Police.
Troopers say Building 4 has since been reopened after a sweep determined there were no “incendiary devices.”
State police said the evacuation was done out of “an abundance of caution.”…
