ALBANY — A chance of tornadoes is possible Tuesday in upstate New York, though meteorologists say the risk in the Capital Region is very slight.
“It’s not zero; it’s like 2%,” explained Steve DiRienzo, meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Albany.
