ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) — The Albany County Sheriff’s Office said two Albany men were arrested after deputies found cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine during a traffic stop.
Deputies stopped a vehicle Thursday, April 2, at about 8:22 p.m. near Henry Johnson Boulevard and Central Avenue for a traffic violation. Deputies identified the driver as 61-year-old Robert D. Barton and the passenger as 57-year-old Matthew J. Bell, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
According to investigators, deputies found about 12 grams of cocaine, nearly 11 grams of fentanyl and 27 grams of methamphetamine. The Sheriff’s Office said the drugs were believed to be intended for distribution based on the amounts and individual packaging…
