CAPITAL REGION (WRGB) — A Saratoga Springs woman has been charged with criminal facilitation in a fraud scheme.
State Police say Caroline Garrity, 31, was paid to rent a vehicle in her name. Investigators say Garrity then turned the vehicle over to someone who used it to commit crimes in Albany, Rensselaer, and Schenectady counties. That included a counterfeit check scheme.
Garrity was issued an appearance ticket and released. She is due in Colonie Town Court on April 22…
