SARATOGA COUNTY, NY — A Hadley man faces multiple felony charges after allegedly submitting forged documents to county social services.
Oscar A. Bogran, 46, of Hadley, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree, offering a false instrument for filing in the 1st degree and welfare fraud in the 4th degree.
