SCHOHARIE, N.Y. (NEWS10)– On Sunday night, a marked Schoharie County Sheriff’s Office patrol car was hit during a traffic stop.
Deputies said around 9:15 p.m. while conducting a traffic stop on I-88 in Schoharie, an eastbound Volkswagen Jetta hit the unit. According to the sheriff’s office, immediately after, deputies began checking on the passengers.
The Sheriff’s Office said although the deputies were not injured, the passengers in the Jetta as well as the passenger from the vehicle stop sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Albany Medical Center as well as Ellis Hospital…
