On Wednesday just before 7 p.m., troopers tried to pull Frasier over in his Nissan Altima after seeing him commit multiple traffic violations on I-87 in Plattekill. According to State Police, Frasier refused to stop, leading to a 22 mile chase with law enforcement in which he’s accused of reaching speeds up to 115 mph.

The pursuit concluded after Frasier’s car was disabled by an NYSP tire deflation device, leading to him being taken into custody following a brief foot chase on Sawkill Road in Ulster. During the ensuing investigation, State Police utilized a K-9 unit and recovered a backpack Frasier reportedly discarded in a wooded area near Sawkill Road.
