Tuesday was a day right out of mid-July with highs in the 80s, a bit of humidity, and some stronger thunderstorms here and there. There were three main areas where damage reports occurred.
Out of the ten total reports in our viewing area, three occurred in the North Country, four occurred in the immediate Capital District, and three more occurred in Berkshire County.
The ingredients were certainly there, especially when the majority of locations reached the 80s for high temperatures yesterday. 86 was the high in Albany, our warmest since mid-August!
