NISKAYUNA, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Several fire departments responded to a house fire in Niskayuna Wednesday morning, according to the Niskayuna Fire District 2. The incident reportedly occurred on Whitney Drive.

Firefighters were dispatched to the scene at about 8 a.m. Upon arrival, they reportedly found an active fire in the back and attic of the house.
Crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire with no injuries to civilians or firefighters, the department said. Two residents have reportedly been displaced as a result of the incident.
Mutual aid was provided by several fire departments from across Schenectady. The cause of the fire is under investigation though investigators do not currently believe it to be suspicious, according to officials…
