ROTTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Summer fun is just around the corner, and Rotterdam is getting a head start at the ViaPort Mall. The Rotterdam Carnival is in town through May 25.

The carnival is open on weekdays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., on weekends from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., and on Memorial Day from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free, and the carnival features thrill rides, games, and a wide variety of food.
Tickets for the rides are $1 each, 22 for $20, or 55 for $50, and four or more tickets are needed for each ride. There’s also a $30 unlimited ride wristband, and attendees are encouraged to bring cash for faster transactions.
