ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The first ever Melba Madness restaurant stroll took place on Saturday, and the winners have been announced. Attendees walked around downtown Albany trying a variety of foods paired with melba sauce.
Jack’s Oyster House came in first place. The restaurant served pan-seared duck dumpling with homemade raspberry sauce inside and out.
In second place with a sausage, cream cheese, and cherry pepper stuffed jalapeño was The Hollow, and the Hilton Hotel came in third with a toasted crostini with foie gras and fresh raspberry as well as a pistachio panna cotta with Melba sauce inside…
