Parking lot confrontation turns violent when Upstate NY woman allegedly rams vehicle multiple times

State Police arrested a 24-year-old Upstate New York woman after she allegedly rammed another vehicle multiple times in a parking lot before fleeing the scene.

Basirah Jamalzada of Watervliet faces two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony, along with second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal tampering, a class B misdemeanor. She also faces vehicle and traffic law violations.
