COHOES, N.Y. (NEWS10) — City officials announced a milling and paving project being conducted next week in Cohoes. Construction is scheduled for May 26 and 28.

The road work will impact five streets in the vicinity of Van Schaick Pond. Street access will be limited between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. while the two-day project is underway.

- Hudson Avenue between Park and Continental Avenues
- Continental Avenue between Hudson and Van Schaick Avenues
- Van Schaick Avenue between Continental and Delaware Avenues
- Van Schaick Pond parking lot
Drivers passing through the area on Tuesday and Thursday can expect delays and are advised to find alternate routes. Cohoes city officials stated that all vehicles that aren’t removed from the street in the listed construction zones during the work period will be towed.
