BERNALILLO — Two men were charged for a shooting in Bernalillo on May 21.
Isiah Lucero, 32, of Albuquerque, was summoned for two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon. Anthony Cerbone, 38, of Bernalillo, was summoned for two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at or from a motor vehicle and tampering with evidence.
According to affidavits of arrest, Lucero and Cerbone were found by Sandia Police on State Road 313, as was the victim, who had a gunshot wound in the arm. Bernalillo Police responded, as the crime had occurred in the town…
