RIO RANCHO — Rio Rancho residents will have to go on another summer adventure or two before they know whether a Maverik gas station and convenience store will be built in their community.
The Rio Rancho Governing Body postponed a final vote on a site plan proposed off of New Mexico-528 and Obregon/Corrales roads during a meeting Thursday. The 4-2 decision to move the item to Sept. 10 came following a public hearing, a presentation from a company representative and questions and discussion from council members.
