RIO RANCHO, N.M. — A new missile facility under construction in Rio Rancho is now on track to be up and running by the end of the year.
California-based Castelion broke ground on the 1,000-acre campus, dubbed Project Ranger, back in January. When it’s all done, workers will assemble the next generation of hypersonic missiles and conduct static tests.
