ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The New Mexico Tattoo Fiesta drew 400 tattoo artists to downtown Albuquerque as organizers honored co-founder John “Bale” Sisneros and worked to carry on his legacy.
KOB 4 spoke with organizers at the fiesta, where they said the event continues nearly two years after Sisneros’ legacy took root in the city.
