ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — The Route 66 Summerfest is back once again this weekend, and this time, for a special edition celebrating 100 years of Route 66. As always, the Summerfest will take place in the Nob Hill area.
The free event will highlight Route 66 over the years, and will have four different music stages representing different eras of the Mother Road. Besides the music, this year’s celebration will also have 14 different food trucks and 30 artisan vendors. The celebration takes place this Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
