ALBUQUERQUE —A fresh development recently broke ground on Albuquerque’s West Side, aiming to enhance the community in more ways than one.
Demi’s Pavilions, a new commercial site at 10120 Coors NW, is officially under construction. The project will bring 17,000 square feet of new retail space to an empty 2.5-acre lot situated between Hong Kong Buffet and Demi’s Salon Boutiques, according to Richard Ayala, owner of Prestigious Industries.
