RIO RANCHO — Thursday was the final step in approving the 2027 Rio Rancho budget, with a unanimous vote by the city council to approve the $452 million budget.
The approval comes after City Manager Matt Geisel introduced the budget in April. The Governing Body reviewed the Recommended FY 27 Budget on May 1 and took public comments on May 14 and 28.
