ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — Newly released video captures chaotic moments after a crash involving an off-duty Albuquerque police officer and a woman quickly escalates into a physical confrontation. This is a look at why prosecutors say his actions crossed the line.
“All I saw was him grabbing her and pushing her to the side of the car and kind of yanking her. That’s what I saw. It was very, very rough,” said one witness.
