ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — New Mexican restaurant El Patron has listed their Montgomery Boulevard location on the market for sale or lease in northeast Albuquerque.
A King Capital listing shows El Patron’s 13,887-square-foot building and two parking lots are up for sale or lease. King Capital touted the Aug. 7 listing as an “existing full-service restaurant re-development opportunity“.
