ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Police arrested a heavily armed man accused of threatening an Albuquerque Police Department officer and a Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office employee outside their home.
Police said surveillance video from the homeowners’ house in Albuquerque’s Ventana Ranch neighborhood shows Kenneth Bair outside the home.
Police said Bair allegedly told the homeowners to come out of the house and accused them of hiding things and “beating people up.”…
