ALBUQUERQUE — The United States Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Taskforce alongside Albuquerque Police Department, through investigative efforts were able to locate and apprehend a man wanted for murder Oct. 15.
The subject, Hezekiah Beltran, 22, was arrested near Mesilla SE and Trumbull Avenue in Albuquerque. An arrest warrant had been issued for Beltran out of the State of New Mexico Metropolitan Court for offenses of murder – open count, conspiracy to commit an open count of murder, attempt to commit a felony, to-wit robbery, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and tampering with evidence…
