ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Goodman Reality Group held their topping out ceremony, an age-old tradition where the tallest and last beam is placed on a project, at Winrock Town Center on Thursday.

The Portland Building will be a three-story office space. “There’s no place like that here in Albuquerque, where you would think ‘hey let’s just go sit on a bench, by a water feature and be with the other residents here.’ there’s no place like that,” said Senior Vice President of Goodman Realty Group Darin Sand.
Sand said development at Winrock Town Center has been in the works for more than 16 years.
