ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department is investigating a suspicious death in northeast Albuquerque Thursday morning.

APD says officers responded to reports of a person who was lifeless near Montgomery Blvd. NE and Jefferson St. NE around 4 a.m. Police say based on factors during the preliminary investigation, the homicide unit has been called to take over the investigation.
