I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the speed enforcement cameras implemented by the Rio Rancho Police Department. While the intention behind such measures is to enhance safety on the roads, it appears that these cameras are being perceived as deceitful, unjust, and even a form of entrapment by members of the community.
