ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – During a news conference Friday, Chief Harold Medina of the Albuquerque Police Department addresses theinvestigation into officers in the APD DWI unit. Medina said there are many processes for different violations, but for a DWI case, he said they rely on the district attorney to let them know officers are not showing up to court.
