ABQ police investigate after motor scooter driver dies

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque officials are searching for information about a fatal hit-and-run. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police.

Albuquerque Police Department (APD) responded to a crash near Tramway Boulevard and Menual Boulevard around 2:30 a.m. Monday. A motor scooter was heading south on Tramway when another vehicle hit it just south of Menaul. The scooter’s driver was thrown into the road and died. The second vehicle allegedly fled the scene.

New Mexico Supreme Court orders new trial for eviction case

Police think the suspect vehicle is a white 2018-2020 Honda Accord with significant damage to the front end. It’d be missing the bottom driver’s side front bumper and fog light.
