According to police, after a day of drinking, the woman woke up to Aden Heyman, Anthony Martin, and Angel Portillo taking turns raping her. According to the lawsuit, she was being penetrated by Portillo ‘who was being coached and/or instructed by Defendant Heyman.’ Police said she was able to escape through a bathroom window.
“It’s an ultimate, I would say betrayal, there is nothing worse that can happen to a woman,” said Boglarka Foghi, the attorney representing the victim.
