ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Miguel Rosales, accused of setting a fire at an Albuquerque apartment complex leaving 32 people displaced, will be held behind bars until trial.

Rosales faces charges including arson and aggravated battery. The fire impacted 14 apartment units at the Mont44 Apartments. According to court documents, Rosales reportedly started the fire on the roof of the building. AFR says three people were injured and 32 were displaced.
