EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – A Las Cruces police officer died from his injuries after he was stabbed in the line of duty Sunday. Officer Jonah Hernandez of the Las Cruces Police Department died in the hospital after he was stabbed at least once when he responded to a trespassing call at around 5 p.m.
