ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The defense attorney whose house was raided as part of the investigation into the Albuquerque Police Department’s DWI unit was broken into on Saturday. Police say Thomas Clear entered his home where he found multiple file cabinets open and other power turned off. Police say the back door had a hole which appeared to be the entry point.

Surveillance video from Clear’s home showed two males walking up to the home. No one is in custody.
