Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – APD detectives charged Nathan Henson, who is currently incarcerated in Oklahoma, for the 2020 murder of Nehemiah Lovato at the Valencia Court Apartments. Henson, 31, is accused of fatally shooting Lovato on Oct. 25, 2020, at the apartment complex located at 200 Valencia Dr., S.E.
