Criminal Complaint: Man threatens Albuquerque store worker with knife

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man is behind bars after reportedly threatening a grocery store employee with a knife.

According to a criminal complaint, officers were dispatched to the Albertson’s Market near Coors and Montaño on Friday afternoon.

An employee told police when he confronted this man, Robert Guzman, who was trying to steal alcohol, he pulled a large kitchen knife out. Guzman was found shortly after at a nearby bus stop and arrested.

Guzman is facing several charges including aggravated shoplifting.
