Albuquerque police arrest 17-year-old in connection to June murder
Police said the 26-year-old helped plan the murder of Benjamin Moore. In January 2020, Archuleta and a group of people ambushed Moore outside an apartment near Bridge and Unser where someone shot and killed him.
On Thursday, Judge Lucy Solimon sentenced Archuleta to six months at the Metropolitan Detention Center followed by one year of house arrest, and three years supervised probation as laid out in the plea deal.
With 40 days credit for time served, Arhculeta will be released in the middle of December.
