Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating Elijah Reese, a missing teenager with special needs from Woodland Park, Colorado, who is thought to be in New Mexico. Reese, who left his home on July 24, was driving a white 2017 Honda Pilot with a Colorado license plate CVTC46. There is a possibility that the license plate may have been altered or replaced with an expired Texas plate, JRV9357.
